- Develop and grow ‘New’ sales for Aon Singaporw with focus on MNCs and Large Corporates Segments
- Execute Local Market Plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the Corporate and Commercial business segments, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clients
- Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, calls, follow up on direct marketing, attend networking events and convert leads to sales opportunities
- Develop opportunities by demonstrating risk and insurance expertise and ability to help solve clients’ problems

- Contribute, as required, to CRS Singapore initiatives in general by providing constructive feedback and implementing agreed initiatives
- University degree and/ or a professional qualification
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the general insurance industry
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Highly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skills
- Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines while maintaining prospect relationships
- Creative and lateral thinker
- Confidence to present to audiences / decision makers
- Strong computer/systems literacy including first class Word and PowerPoint skills
