- Able to understand clients' requirements quickly and communicate with internal and external parties for the required resources
- Prepare bus schedules, select optimum location of pick-up points and propose solutions for new or existing clients
- Liaise between clients and in-house or sub-contractors' drivers on daily bus operations issues
- Monitor trips of assigned corporate accounts and able to deploy on-site for chartered trips to guide drivers
- Handle all feedback on complaints or compliments arising from in-house or sub-contractors' drivers and manage all lost and found
- Perform safe driving checks, on-site ground checks and audits to ensure schedule and service quality are met, and to make necessary adjustments when needed
- Periodic or as and when required meeting with client to resolve feedback
- Record all penalties imposed by clients to sub-contractors, monitor credit notes billed to sub-contractors
- Collate, prepare and submit monthly ridership reports to client
- Provide administrative support, e.g. prepare signages, forms etc. for new or existing clients or ad-hoc trips
- GCE A level/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in transport or logistics industry is preferred
- Possess Class 4 driving licence with Bus Driver Vocational Licence would be advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to make calls outside office hours preferred
