- Lead the M&E teams and partners managing daily operations and administrative matters include yearly maintenance schedule
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, lightning, fire protection, and building automation.

- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager to support the needs of the department/college including cross campus deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field; professional certification or licensure is a plus.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Good knowledge and skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection systems, building automation, and energy management.
- Good project management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex M&E projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with M&E systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with a self-driven and service-oriented attitude.
- Preferably experienced in predictive maintenance for facilities management and M&E systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes of practice related to facilities management.
- Ability to prepare engineering specifications and estimates for a wide range of facility-related projects.
