Job Scope:1. Support Student Management Processes:a. Tracking course completion and progression of students and ensure accurate student recordsb. Support students with special educational needs and handle ad-hoc requests as directedc. Provide assistance in academic advisory activities, including coordination with students, faculty and administrative staff2. Support Programme Management (SMiE and MiE):a. Maintain accurate programme information and ensure accessibility for students and faculty.b. Process and track enrolment and withdrawal requests and update records accurately.c.   • A bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in academic programme administration within Institutes of Higher Learning or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, self-driven, and a proactive team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Word and Excel) is essential; familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage.
