What you will be working on:Reporting to the Director, Human Resource Department (HRD), the incumbent is required to support the department in the following: 1. HR recruitment: o Oversee the recruitment and management of transient workforce o Support HR Business Partners with recruitment, exit management, and manpower planning o Manage secondments, deployments and documentation o Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments o Oversee the maintenance of training statistics and conduct induction o Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned. 2. Data management and digitalisation: o Develop and manage a comprehensive database with the HR team o Work with the team to create dashboards, training records and functional Competency data o Integrate HR database with the HRPS system o Reorganise the department's shared drive for improved accessibility and updates 3. Process Improvement o Draft new workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR administration, payroll and training administration with the HR team o Involve in project team on the insourcing of HR administration functionWhat we are looking for:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the HR field. • Meticulous and a team player • Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge with Microsoft office (especially for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP system
