- Work with Senior Management and HR Director to develop key policies pertaining to Faculty Governance and work flows
- Managing the tenure appointment process which include:
- Coordinating all reference letters
- Liaising with referees
- Preparing the tenure templates and writing all relevant tenure reports
- Supporting Senior Management in the tenure process
- Assist in the preparation of tenure cases
- Working with relevant government body and board committees on tenure appointments
- Manage all faculty contract renewals and extension. Work with Senior Academic Leadership on the renewal, re-appointment or extension of faculty contracts. Develop relevant policies pertaining to contract renewals and extensions
- Develop and refine tenure policies and other faculty related policies. Also work with HR team to develop and refine key HR Policies
- Work with academic heads on the performance appraisals and review for faculty
- Work with HR to ensure the integration of all the tenure processes with HR systems, compensation
- Assist in faculty recruitment and other projects as needed.
- Possess a Good Degree
- Possess Public Sector and HR experience
- Ability to draft policy documents to recommend sound policies
- Strong Writing skills is a MUST
- Must possess strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills, a team player who is self-driven, resourceful and meticulou
