This individual will be responsible for connecting clients with the right candidates and ensuring the smooth coordination of candidate interviews. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment agencies, with experience in sales and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks are essential.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and identify the best candidates for clients.
  • Manage the entire process from candidate screening to interview coordination and placement.
  • Ensure all interviews are scheduled promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate interview feedback and follow-up with candidates and clients as needed.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding client relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the interview process, ensuring smooth communication at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment, with a focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
  • Proven experience in sales and client coordination, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must have your own laptop and a stable internet connection to work remotely.
  • Comfortable using various recruitment tools and software.
