- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing account management team to drive deep engagement with existing and potential new F&B merchants.
- Work with the team to achieve team performance as measured by deliveries, GMV and revenue, as well as forming stronger relationships with partners through collaboration in other Grab verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds and GrabExpress.

- Strategize, identify areas of improvement and grow the portfolio based on data, analytics and best practices.
- Continuously engage our F&B merchants and listen to their needs, collect and address feedback/ concerns put forward.
- Monitor and report team performance and impact to leadership on a regular basis.
- Develop, coach and mentor the team to enable them to excel and grow within their roles.
- Build strong cross-functional working relationships with our Business, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a best in class merchant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Management or equivalent.
- Passionate about people leadership with proven experience leading/hiring/building high performing teams.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships or equivalent role, and with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Experience in holding a target and being accountable for team attainment. Able to lead and mentor both high and low performers.
- Able to manage conversations with C-level positions and senior stakeholders
- Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Strong proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities and teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the keen ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Comfortable with managing data and able to perform analysis (e.g. to solve business problems).
