What the role is:You will be part of the Learning and Development Team under the Human Resource Department, Corporate Development Division, involved in the planning, developing, and implementing of the various learning and development initiatives in support of MDDI's people strategies.What you will be working on:
  • Plan and facilitate the nomination of MDDI officers for external training and developmental assignments. This includes Leadership/ Sectoral Milestone Programmes conducted by Civil Service College (CSC)/ external agencies as well as developmental opportunities such as Liaison Officers. This involves working closely with division directors and senior management within MDDI HQ as well as MDDI's Statutory Boards. • Manage MDDI's in-service scholarship and sponsorship awards • Design MDDI's Agency Learning Space (ALS): o Curate and develop e-learning programmes in partnership with CSC and content owners, guided by MDDI's learning priorities o Improve utilisation by prioritising user experience • Develop, curate and organise learning plan for Corporate Development Division. This involves review and enhance the suite of Learning and Development offerings, piloting programmes in partnership with external training providers and organising learning journeys. • Review and explore opportunities to enhance the suite of Learning & Development Offerings for MDDI officers
What we are looking for:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Good organisational and analytical skills to manage complex nomination processes and learning plans Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
