  • Documentation Management
  • Consolidate and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Explore industry trends in tech and wearables to recommend new features or improvements.
General administrative supportFinance-Related Tasks
  • Process goods receipts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Update tracking files and perform data entry for financial records.
  • Reconcile offline budget tracking against finance reports to ensure accuracy.
Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly/bi-weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Book venues, send invitations, and manage logistics for meetings.
Meeting Preparation
  • Prepare agendas in advance.
  • Record and distribute accurate minutes for all meetings.
General Administration
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team’s operations.
