- Facilitate the growth and enhancement of banking relationships by reviewing and negotiating term sheets and banking terms with financial institutions in the Gulf and Europe regions.
- Evaluate shipment risk exposures and secure appropriate insurance, such as marine open cover, while overseeing insurance declarations.
- Assist with KYC processes, facility renewals, account openings, and other operational tasks as needed.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in trade finance.
- Proven experience in physical commodity trading within Asia.
- Strong familiarity with trade finance, including UCP, ISBP guidelines, and banking TR procedures.
- Deep understanding of trade finance processes, including LC, collections, shipping documentation, contract review, LC issuance, guarantees, bonds, and payment management.
- Proficiency in Excel and programming.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a demanding environment.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
