- To Head of Engineering
- Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the precision casting process preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge in using Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and creating NC programming.
- Experience in process planning, including jig and fixture design and tool application.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in English and Chinese).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Improve processes to shorten cycle times and ensure quality consistency.
- Possess technical inclination to plan, design, set up, modify, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in non-destructive testing (FPI, X-ray), heat treatment, and machining processes.
- Knowledge in data analytics for cost savings.
