We are seeking a Lead Marketing coordinator to join our Retail Business Solutions Department (RBSD).

The (RBSD) is responsible for Aramco’s retail marketing, branding, and technical support that define our Aramco’s retail fuel stations. With a global presence, we collaborate with our local and international joint ventures (JVs) and affiliates to manage and operate retail businesses in each market, ensuring alignment with our brand and business standards.

Your primary role is to drive the marketing and branding efforts for the Aramco’s retail fuel stations. This individual is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and managing campaigns across different markets. They collaborate closely with internal teams, joint ventures (JVs) and affiliates across the globe, to deliver impactful promotional materials, and retail strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator supports digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and customer loyalty programs, to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Affiliates to deploy the global retail brand strategy and positioning to be applicable in different markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitive activities, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the objectives of retail fuel stations in collaboration with local and international JVs and affiliates.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all markets, maintaining a unified brand identity.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns including overseeing budgets, timelines, and performance analysis.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including customer loyalty programs, social media campaigns, and website management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external teams to create promotional materials and implement in-store branding.
  • Organize and manage events ensuring alignment with the company’s brand standards.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in the Business discipline, Management, Marketing, or Economics from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree such as an MBA would be an advantage.
  • At least 15 years of experience in fuel retail or related businesses from major international oil companies.
