Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in managing projects, particularly those involving offshore outsourcing or business process migration.
- Strong background in banking operations, specifically back-office functions and transaction processing.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, including international and offshore teams.
- Familiarity with offshore outsourcing models and managing complex migration projects.
- Extensive experience in project planning, execution, and risk management, particularly in large-scale business process migrations.
- Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
