
HR System Management Services Specialist (AA03)
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive HR System Management Services Specialists to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional to support the management and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Account and Log Reviews:
- Perform regular reviews of user accounts and system logs to ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Identify and address any anomalies, unauthorized access, or potential security breaches in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to maintain accurate access privileges for all users.
2. Tracking System Vulnerabilities:
- Monitor HR systems for vulnerabilities, including outdated software, misconfigurations, or potential threats.
- Document and report identified vulnerabilities, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about emerging risks and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate them.
3. Backup Job Monitoring:
- Oversee the status of backup processes to ensure all critical HR data is securely stored and recoverable.
- Investigate and resolve any backup failures or inconsistencies to minimize data loss risks.
- Maintain detailed records of backup activities and generate reports for management review.
4. System Performance Optimization:
- Monitor system performance metrics to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement updates, patches, and upgrades to enhance system functionality.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements based on user feedback and performance analysis.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on system health, security audits, and project progress for stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in system administration, HRIS management, or IT support roles.
- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
