Join Our Team:
Are you a dynamic and strategic business developer with experience in customer success? We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Turkey.

This role requires extensive travel across the region for in-person meetings, as well as regular phone and virtual follow-ups with key decision-makers in the energy industry. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-energy team, where top performers are highly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic key accounts while securing new business opportunities in Middle East
  • Oversee licensing and local entity establishment in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.
  • Conduct client meetings with confidence, presenting EnergyEdge training solutions and preparing tailored sales proposals.
  • Identify emerging learning & development trends, leveraging insights to enhance client and team performance.
  • Maintain high levels of sales productivity through cold calling, CRM activity tracking, client meetings, and consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support/success, business development, or sales.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to lead in client interactions and business negotiations with confidence.
  • Prior exposure in the training and skills development industry will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and verbal).
Projected Work Schedule:
  • Quarterly business trips (4-5 days per trip) for face-to-face meetings.
  • Virtual meetings (2-4 per week) during non-travel periods
Tools & Support:
  • Access to Microsoft Teams, Zoom phone and laptop will be provided
