Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend the best treatment options to enhance their experience.
  • Be well-versed in the products and treatments offered, ensuring clear communication of their benefits and features to clients.
  • Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and customers as they enter the premises, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, providing a positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, organise and manage client appointments, and maintain the calendar of activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product and treatment information, and resolve any concerns to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.
  • Assist in organising office activities and promotional events ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and upper management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (As most of the wellness centre clients are either English or Chinese speaking customers)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and sales, preferably within a beauty, wellness, or health-related environment.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, making them feel valued and heard.
  • Strong track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to multitask effectively, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high efficiency, attention to detail, and ensuring timely completion without sacrificing quality.

Additional Qualities:

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning, particularly in product knowledge and sales techniques.

Working Hour: Shift work -morning shift 10am to 7pm, afternoon shift 1pm to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm. 44 hours per week.
