Job Summary

As the Manager of CRM & Sales Operations for APAC, you will ensure accurate CRM data and a unified customer view across the region. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will champion data integrity, track sales performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Acting as a liaison between global, regional, and country teams, you will streamline sales processes, enhance CRM efficiency, and support marketing operations to drive growth in the supply chain industry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Lead data hygiene initiatives by collaborating with commercial teams to keep pipeline data up to date.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly commercial performance reports for senior leadership, leveraging CRM, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analyse sales data to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Act as a key liaison between global, regional, and country teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales operations activities.
  • Implement and promote global sales operations best practices across the APAC region.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and geographies to foster collaboration.
  • Ensure timely updates and adherence to sales processes through regular follow-ups with teams.
  • Create visually engaging presentation materials that communicate insights effectively while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for internal and external marketing events, focusing on guest list management, presentations, and branding materials.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, CRM, or a related field.
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow alongside the team and organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer metrics, and market trends to uncover opportunities, make informed decisions, and optimize processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and align on business objectives.
  • Proven experience in identifying challenges, developing solutions, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in tools specific to the logistics industry being an advantage.
