- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
- Support on-site event management, including setup, guest assistance, and coordination with vendors.
- Help prepare event materials, such as brochures, banners, and promotional giveaways.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop event-related content for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends, potential event opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Assist in tracking event performance metrics and compiling post-event reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
