Role Overview:
As a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, you will build and manage relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored banking solutions. A key part of this role will involve strong credit analysis skills to assess client needs and mitigate risk. You’ll also play a critical role in expanding the bank’s client base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage corporate client relationships, providing tailored banking solutions.
- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure sound lending decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, product) to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and client portfolios to ensure growth and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships while driving business growth.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment, taking a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
