The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions, prepare management reports, yearly financial Report & GST reports for the clients and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant, working experience.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: - MYOB, Auto count, Xero and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Be able to prepare yearly Financial Report
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to identify issues and propose solutions effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Able to take up mulit task.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management /financial statements and reports.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
