Job Description:

  • Manage end to end payroll for compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare, process and submit monthly payroll, time attendance, CPF, OT, and any leave application.
  • Review and analyze the current payroll procedures and advise on any improvement to streamline the process.
  • Advice on the payroll issues related to Singapore’s employment act.
  • Prepare yearly AWI and yearly bonus.
  • Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
  • Prepare and maintain the documentation on all payroll records.
  • Conduct internal and external audits of all payroll records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding to payroll issues or concern.
  • Verify and process payments when required.
  • Liaise closely with managers, executives on overtime and allowances payment.
  • Keep track of all employees’ leave records and update on a monthly basis.
  • Generate manpower cost and reports for management review.
  • Prepare monthly payroll costing report to Finance.
  • Prepare and submit government paid leave such as child care leave, maternity leave etc.
  • Prepare and submit statutory surveys required by MOM.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years of payroll experience in manufacturing / construction sector will have added advantage.
  • Proficient with e-Frontier payroll software and other Microsoft Office.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
