  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Strategy Insights Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role

What Will You Do:

  • Support the Strategic Planning process
  • Create and socialize monthly and quarterly updates
  • Lead the agenda on marketing measurement operationalization
  • Support the optimisation of marketing spend through channel analytics leading to a rigorous and data-drive resource allocation methodology
  • Act as an internal consultant to the marketing leaders in the department for ad-hoc strategic projects

What Will You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 6-8+ years of work experience in Marketing Planning, Business Planning, Product Marketing, Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Strategy Consulting
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization - with proven ability to collaborate with, and influence, partners
  • Proficient in Excel, and ideally SQL - experience extracting data from large/complex databases, as well as creating data visualizations
  • Intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical mindset with experience using data to solve problems
  • Strategic thinker, with an understanding of marketing & sales mechanics - proven ability to develop compelling narratives and present technical content succinctly
