Connect Energy partners with an Engineering Company in the Energy Sector to look for a HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE to focus on operations and recruitment aspect.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all HR matters at site
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively source for qualified candidates using job boards and social media such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and other professional networks and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment system enhancement, testing and deployment.
  • Analyse recruitment and attrition data to anticipate and forecast recruitment trends.
  • Leverage on HR Information System to build databases and design HR analytics around data, for workforce planning and as data input for competitive benchmarking.
  • Support graduates and interns hiring and other talent pipelining projects.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment and internal networking events.
  • Work closely with the Branding and Communications team to drive Company's branding.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human resource or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR focusing mainly on talent acquisition.
  • Competence in direct sourcing methodology via different sourcing channels is a must.
  • Has worked in site based environnment will be an advantge.
  • Resourcefulness in creating a passive talent network and building talent pipelines for high-volume and/or critical roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to base in Jurong Island
  • Willing to take on 1 year contract with possible converting to permanent.
