Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, etc).
- Provide HR direction and support to the management team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with MOM employment regulations, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle all compensation and benefits and its related matter included submitting all government leave claim - childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental claim.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely renewal & claims on general, industry-related and staff-related insurance.
- Interact with MOM or other governement agencies for survey related activities
- Provide assistance and administrative support to any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills.
