  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for the provision of psychosocial and practical support to patients and families facing highly stressful situations, often including grief counselling and end-of-life issues/planning as well as case management for care arrangement for patients primarily from Critical Care Units and also for those transferred to other units to ensure continuity of care.
  • Actively participate in the management of the Department by taking on specific responsibilities such as supervision or administrative duties in accordance to the level of seniority.
  • Provide bio-psychosocial assessment and intervention in management of patient care that meets best practices in clinical standards
  • Provide specialized clinical skills in Critical Care, and preferably End-of-life care, Palliative care, or Bereavement Support
  • Supervise and appraise Medical Social Workers, and support staff on standards of practice delivery
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals, participate in case conferences to pursue holistic care for patients
  • Undertake and lead or co-lead projects
  • Participate in practice research activities and development of clinical social work.

Requirements

  • Min Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work.
