Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day marine operations, ensuring efficient and safe vessel management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fleet performance and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate vessel movements, scheduling, and logistics to meet business objectives.

Key Requirements:
- Seagoing experience as Master at least CoC class 1 or 2 combined with at least seven 7 years of shore experience.
- Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (COC1 or 2) is preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime laws, flag state regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
