Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day marine operations, ensuring efficient and safe vessel management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fleet performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Coordinate vessel movements, scheduling, and logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with port authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS Code, and other relevant maritime regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Seagoing experience as Master at least CoC class 1 or 2 combined with at least seven 7 years of shore experience.
  • Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (COC1 or 2) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international maritime laws, flag state regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
