Morgan McKinley is looking for a skilled Lending Operations Analyst to join our client's fintech team to help redefine financial services in Southeast Asia (SEA) and work closely with Operations, Sales, Credit Risk, and Legal to support our Merchant Financing services.. This role is for a 9 months contract with our multinational client in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Support: Assist in go-to-market activities and digibank partnership initiatives.
  • Loan Application Review: Verify loan applications to ensure they meet internal standards.
  • Loan Approvals: Approve time-sensitive loan files in the Loan Management System (LMS).
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and share detailed loan and payment reports with the Finance team.
  • Credit Risk Reviews: Coordinate bi-annual document requests from merchants for credit assessments.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT for new products and automations to ensure operational compatibility.
  • Purchase Order Creation: Manage client payment purchase orders using Oracle on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Legal & Merchant Liaison: Collaborate with Legal on contract preparation and communicate with merchants regarding contract details as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • With 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of local financial regulations, compliance, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
