Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, monitor, and track construction project schedules.
Collaborate with various disciplines to gather and provide scheduling data, including subcontractor change requests, bid comparisons, new work item estimates, and resolution of potential schedule/work conflicts.
Interface with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure project progress.
Communicate project progress with managers and engineers, addressing any emerging issues.
Coordinate construction development phases with external contractors and suppliers.
Prepare cost estimations and detailed man-hour calculations.
Maintain updated resource availability and construction sequences.
Monitor, track, and record work delays and progress, generating scheduling reports.
Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual progress, highlighting areas of concern to project management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience in EPC power plant projects is preferred.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels with other disciplines and clients.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work on construction sites.
