Job Responsibilities工作职责
1.Be responsible for the administrative human resources management of the Singapore office, including but not limited to comprehensive administrative affairs, company activities, administrative reception arrangements, corporate culture construction, and material management, etc.负责新加坡办公室行政人力资源管理工作,包括但不限于综合行政事务、公司活动、行政接待安排、公司企业文化建设、物资管理等;

Job Requirements 任职要求
1、Excellent background in relevant fields, with at least 3 years of working experience in human resources administration. 优秀的相关专业背景, 在人力行政至少有3年工作经验
2、A bachelor's degree or above is preferred, but not mandatory. 本科及以上学历是理想选择,但不是必须
3、English and Chinese as working languages.中文、英语作为工作语言
4、Meticulous, efficient, well-organized, strong sense of confidentiality;做事细致、效率高、有分寸、保密意识强;
5、Work diligently, have a certain ability to bear pressure, interpersonal communication skills, and keen insight;工作严谨、有一定的承压能力善于沟通协调
6、Approachable,, professional etiquette and knowledge of business etiquette.有亲和力,职业化的素养和知晓商业礼仪
