JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events for the group of companies
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and research market trends
- Identify and engage merchants to participate in the events
- Liaise with event vendors, internal and external stakeholders for seamless logistics coordination
- Source event items and negotiate prices from vendors
- Ensure compliance by applying for required licenses and permits from authorities
- Provide onsite support during event periods
- Basic designing of collaterals, EDMs and video editing
- Assist the team with administrative tasks
REQUIREMENT
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in marketing.
- Able to work independently, detailed oriented and well-organized with multitasking
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Email Marketing, Content and Design Creation, Event Marketing, Social Media Tools etc is a plus.
- Experience working in a B2B marketing position will be a plus.
- Enjoy being in a fast-paced environment, great time management skills, ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
