We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultants (contract-role) to join our brand-new platform that aims to empower and promote personal career growth.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate would already have experience and quantifiable results in identifying, attracting, and placing quality candidates with esteemed clients in specialized industry/ industries. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships and contributing to the growth and success of both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier talent.

- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, prior to recommending them to potential clients

- Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

- Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding candidate profiles and market insights.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional recruitment services.

3. End-to-End Recruitment Process:

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from job requisition to candidate placement.

- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates accordingly.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

- Possess and maintain valid MOM (Ministry of Manpower) recruitment registration.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical standards in recruitment practices.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Recruitment Experience:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with the Singapore job market and recruitment processes.

2. MOM Registration:

- Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) registration with MOM as a Recruitment Consultant.

3. Communication and Relationship-Building Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.

4. Results-Driven:

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

- Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.

5. Adaptability:

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.

- Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies in recruitment.
