JD- Sales Operation:
• Manage sales weekly report and other analysis including forecast, pipeline, account, product. etc.
• Support strategic account management including process, data, discount, contract, revenue progress.
• Support the frontline sales team by tracking, consolidating and managing sales data analysis, leads management and other operations tasks on a weekly basis.
• Assist sales policy, processes and cadence, ensure sales process adoption and compliance by the regional sales teams.
• Support internal programs to drive revenue growth.
• Implement new technologies and tools as needed to support sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
JD- Channel Operation:
• Develop detailed handbook and provide regular Q&A regarding internal rules and system management, especially on Channel policy and process.
•Support partner account, pipeline and other business related management
• Follow up internal projects to drive improvement of process and sales productivity
• Data analysis to support planning and business reviews
• Support internal sales process and system
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese, familiar with Chinese culture and the process system of Chinese enterprises.
2. In operation position, able to deal with multiple demands at the same time, with a serious attitude (able to follow up projects conscientiously), and responsible for work (supporting sales in answering questions during working hours).
