  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibility

  1. Handling shipment Export, Import (XTML), HPH and local delivery
  2. Liaise with forwarder and transporter for freight cost estimation
  3. Make booking for sea freight, air freight, local transport delivery and to /from HPH.
  4. Check credit limit for export and customer (payment term) before shipment release
  5. Prepare billing invoices and ensure shipping documents are complete on time for shipment/delivery
  6. Liaise with forwarder on export and import shipment and clearance
  7. Work closely with XTML/TBM shipping team on inter-company shipment
  8. Assist purchaser for import shipment
  9. Documentation for SO completed
  10. Prepare Report HPH monthly sales report
  11. Monitor Cost Analysis expiry date and in charge for renewal.

Requirement

  • At least GCE 'O' Level with 1 years’ relevant experience
  • Preferrably Shipping and invoicing experience
  • Knowledge with shipping documents & process
