This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in product quality assurance and learn from a team of experienced professionals. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Product Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. As a Product QA Intern, you will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures in collaboration with the QA team.
Conduct software usability tests and participate in product design reviews to ensure functional requirements are met.
Perform regression testing to verify resolved bugs and document test outcomes.
Track defects, manage their resolution with the development team, and assist in reporting quality activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to software performance and reliability.
Keep abreast of new testing tools and strategies.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills and a commitment to quality.
Proficient in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate issues clearly.
A quick learner who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
A team-oriented individual with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
