The Role:
As the Regional VP/Senior Sales Director, you will be the first sales hire in the APAC, responsible for defining and executing the local Go-To-Market (GTM) business plan. This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving new business and establishing local presence in key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class sales team, ensuring a strong company culture and performance-driven mindset.
- Define and refine sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Lead strategic negotiations and close high-value deals in the cybersecurity space.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to increase brand awareness and thought leadership.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience selling Cyber or Cloud Security solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to CISOs, security leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- Experience as one of the first sales hires or experience in working for start-ups (preferred).
- Experience in managing small- to midsize teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
