  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:


Basic: $1600 - $2400 (Gross Salary: Up to $3000)
5.5 workdays (Mon – Sat)
Working Hours: (8am – 5.30pm, 8.30am – 6pm, 9am – 6.30pm)
Location: Kent Ridge


Job Responsibilities:

Registration for patient & booking appointment
Advice patients on the applications available in app
Handle customers enquire
Cashiering duties
Provide Chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room
Assist the doctors during the review consultation
Backend support duties, assist in clerical and data entry
Any ad-hoc assigned by the supervisors

Requirement:


Bilingual would be advantage – to communicate with patients
Passionate in healthcare
Minimum N Level and above
Customer service experience is preferred
