Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day general administrative and office support.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications.
- Perform filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.
- Handle Procurement / Finance related matters, e.g., raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving etc.
- Logistic support for events such as roadshows, townhalls as required.
- Manage and coordinate schedules for SRTT based on event and meeting requirements.
- Travel Arrangements for SRTT engagement.
- Any other administrative duties assigned.
- Other exigencies of ad-hoc duties as required
- Diploma in any field with relevant experience
- Good knowledge at Canva, video-editing, etc will be an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
