  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Independent handling of shipments in the field of Airfreight Import in accordance with our quality standards(among other things documentation, booking, shipment control, transport insurance, accounting, customs handling)
  • Communication with carriers and subcontractors.
  • Follow up daily shipments order and prepare full set of import documents
  • Customer support and services
  • Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/ agents
  • Offer preparation and tracking
  • Handling of complaints
  • Issue invoices and supporting documents to customers and agents.
  • Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
  • Communication with our branch offices.
  • Handling of import customs issues.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 yeasrs practical experience in airfreight forwarding and transport logistics related field.
  • Good communication skills - spoken and written
  • Preferably with good knowledge of MS Office and Cargowise One Software
  • Prior experience in freight forwarding would be preferred.
