Responsibilities

  • Involve and assist in the entire design process to production, including conceptualizing, proposing, executing and generating graphic designs for all stages of live productions & campaigns (virtual, physical & hybrid).
  • Understand a project brief comprehensively and effectively carry it from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  • Contribute to internal design inspiration sessions, workshops and publications.
  • Support the team in design and development of merchandise and packaging, including creating new patterns, illustrations, and preparing final artwork and tech packs.
  • Support and assist in the projects and resources to ensure deliverables, deadlines and targets are met, for Team, Clients and Vendors.
  • Work with the content team to ideate and develop engaging video and static content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Assist in planning and executing lifestyle and product photoshoots, including researching and sourcing props, locations, wardrobe, and models, where required.
  • Assist in coordination and liaison with relevant teams and 3rd parties on data and compliance required for design specifications to ensure a seamless service to the clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design output.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design,Visual Arts, Communication Design, Digital Media, Creative/Multimedia or a related field.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply, but 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • A good communicator and highly organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design software.
  • Product and lifestyle photography/videography experience is a great plus!
  • Pleasant personality, highly organized and efficient to be able to work in a fast paced environment in meeting deadlines.
    Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Possess passion & drive for constant innovation and design processes with dynamic challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
  • Flexible, initiative, meticulous, efficient and responsible.
