The Admin Assistant will support the Company Secretary in managing the company’s administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with record-keeping, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and handling communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary documents.
  • Record-Keeping: Help maintain and update company records and statutory registers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), including sending out notices and managing schedules.
  • Filing and Submissions: Support the timely submission of documents to relevant authorities.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Company Secretary.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
