Showroom Executive
• To provide support to showroom consultant to manage daily routines and other operations of the showroom effectively.
· To maintain customer satisfaction and retention. To address and resolve customer complaints received in person, over the phone and through email
• To provide support to manage sales and inventory of the showroom
• To provide support to manage showroom stock, displays, security, safety and customer service
· Manage sales order processing and delivery arrangements for e-commerce stores
• Assist in the marketing campaigns which includes managing the corporate events in the showroom.
• Create and develop training materials that meet the product training objectives.
· To conduct product training for staff on the products' features and technology (Home appliances).
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop training materials to better reach out to the staff and channel partners.
• Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Work closely with all various departments (Marketing, Sales Team, etc) on any new product launch.
· To conduct hands-on demonstrations to staffs and end consumers at the showroom.
• Perform hands-on works and any other ad hoc duties personally when necessary such as cashiering, moving of stocks etc.
• To assist in other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
· Min Diploma/Higher Nitec in Business Management
· Min 1 year of retail operations experiences in a similar capacity.
· Preferably in the home appliances industry
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
· Able to work on Saturdays
