Job Description:

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates
  • Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract talent
  • Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications
  • Support the team in internal engagement events
  • Assist in preparing communication materials for internal communication channels
  • Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required


Requirements:

  • Students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent field
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
