Job Description:
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates
- Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract talent
- Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications
- Support the team in internal engagement events
