KEY SCOPE OF WORK
Volunteer Engagement, Development, and Appreciation
- Recruit, retain, and build relationships with regular and ad-hoc volunteers for ISCOS and NeuGen.
- Implement initiatives for volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention through events, social media, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with Programme teams and partners to deploy and engage volunteers, and conduct orientation and training opportunities.
- Track volunteer engagement, gather feedback for improvements, and identify volunteers for leadership development.
- Manage volunteer recognition activities, including awards and appreciation events, and highlight contributions via website, social media, reports, and EDMs.
Volunteer Management System
- Administer and maintain the Volunteer Management System (VMS), ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant records.
- Oversee volunteer account management and event lifecycle within VMS.
- Manage vendor coordination for system enhancements or changes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to donors, volunteers and partners.
- Assist in developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans/events such as fundraising, appreciation and networking events.
- Coordinate communication efforts, including meetings, updates, and reports.
- Support content creation for newsletters, websites, and social media.
- Track and report on stakeholder engagement and event outcomes.
Secretarial and Administrative Support
- Provide secretarial support to the relevant Sub-Committee, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
- Prepare reports for tracking progress and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Certifications in volunteer management, fundraising, social services or related field would be an advantage
- Preferably with at least 1.5 years of working experience in volunteer management, community outreach or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
