Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar of appointments and schedule, prioritize tasks, and effectively help to manage the executives’ time.
  • Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, inquiries, etc.
  • Coordinate Travel arrangements including planning and organizing travel itineraries, etc.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other documents as required.
  • Organize and oversee meetings, including setting up, facilitating, proposing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Managing special projects or initiatives, executing project-related tasks, etc
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain trust is crucial.
  • Maintaining and organize records, files, and documents in a systematic manner.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • With minimum 2-3 years of working experience supporting a team or senior executive.
  • With strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful and meticulous individual.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Preferably tech-savvy ie. proficient with various software tools, communication platforms, and office applications.
