What The Role Is

You manage a team of Service Injury (SI) Administrators to oversee the management and processing of injury claims from service personnel, ensuring service quality aligns with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage and process injury claims
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs throughout the filing process
  • Verify injury reports and facilitate claim approvals within timelines
  • Handle appeals and complaints, working closely with policy and legal departments
  • Prepare cases for the Compensation Board when necessary
  • Monitor injury trends and produce management reports for respective Services
  • Continuously review processes to improve administrative efficiency
  • Analyse individual injury cases and apply relevant policies
  • Articulate policies and decisions clearly to servicemen and/or their Next of Kins (NOKs)

  • Maintaining situational awareness when engaging with servicemen/NOKs
  • Balancing efficiency with accuracy in claims processing
