You will:
- Monitor and manage cash positions to meet operation needs.
- Prepare daily forecasts for our programs and arrange transfers to ensure adequate funds are available.
- Prepare, maintain and submit financial reports to management and regulatory returns to MAS.
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyse and optimise cash management processes for efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact with SCB and Mastercard.
- Assist users with ad-hoc requests and month-end closing.
- Participate in other ad hoc tasks.
- Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience.
- Providing recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.
You have:
- Interest in working for a fintech start-up and dealing with a variety.
- Strong work ethics, with a capability to: manage confidential data and communicate with stakeholders, meet strict deadlines and prioritise.
- Open mind with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach..
- Good organizing and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, financial instruments and accounting procedures.
- Experience in the Fintech industry would be a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Accountants/Finance/Economics.
