Head of Talent – APAC (Managing Director)
Our client a leading financial services organisation are looking to appoint a Head of Talent, you will be a key member of the regional HR leadership team, responsible for delivering a comprehensive talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across the APAC region. This role will involve collaborating with business leaders to align talent and learning initiatives with organisational goals, ensuring the development of a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic framework for talent management, talent development, and talent acquisition to build a robust leadership pipeline and ensure workforce readiness.
- Design and implement region-wide learning and development programs, driving a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
- Lead efforts to identify, recruit, and retain top talent, leveraging data-driven insights to support organisational growth.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across APAC to create tailored talent and learning solutions that meet diverse business needs.
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent and learning strategies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in talent management, learning and development, and talent acquisition within the financial services sector.
- A proven track record of implementing impactful talent and learning strategies across a regional or global landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a deep understanding of the APAC region.
