Job Summary

The Marketing Executive (F&B) supports the F&B Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and patronage of SICC’s F&B outlets across Island and Bukit. This position also plays a pivotal role in digital content creation, social media management, and general marketing administration. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the F&B Operations teams, in-house creative resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation, timely campaign rollouts, and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

1. F&B Marketing Support

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

1. Assist the F&B Marketing Manager in conceptualising, planning, and implementing monthly promotions, events, and seasonal menus for all the F&B outlets.

2. Coordinate timelines, and deliverables for all F&B marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Restaurant Collaboration

Work closely with the F&B Operations teams at both Island and Bukit to gather inputs on promotions, new launches, and improvements, translating them into cohesive marketing campaigns.

  • Cross-Promotions & Partnerships

Identify potential partnerships (internal and external) to enhance F&B offerings, such as tie-ins with member events, exclusive deals, or joint marketing efforts with other SICC departments.

2. Digital & Social Media Management

  • Content Creation

1. Working with the Editorial/Content Team to develop social media content (including video) to showcase F&B offerings, new promotions, and behind-the-scenes features.

2. Stay updated on social media trends and leverage new features or platforms to increase reach and engagement.

  • Editorial Calendar & Posting

1. Collaborate with the Editorial/Content Team to plan and schedule content across SICC’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, and Digital Screens).

2. Monitor performance metrics (views, shares, comments, click-through rates), providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Audience Engagement & Growth

Respond promptly to member inquiries and feedback on social platforms to maintain a positive brand image.

3. Marketing Collateral & Brand Management

  • Creative Coordination

1. Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop marketing collateral (e.g., menus, EDMs, promotional posters) that reflects the identity of each F&B outlet.

2. Ensure quality and brand consistency across all materials, both online and offline.

  • Brand Enhancement

Maintain and enhance the distinct brand presence of each F&B establishment (e.g., Braid Bar and Oka) by ensuring cohesive themes, messaging, and visuals across all touchpoints.

4. Marketing Administration & Project Management

  • Restaurant PRFs

Manage the PRF (Publicity Request Form) process for the restaurants, ensuring all details are accurate and submitted in a timely manner before crafting content.

  • TenderBoard Requests

Assist in putting up and managing project requests on TenderBoard,monitoring approvals,timelines, and deliverables.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks

1. Assist with restaurant enhancements, signages, banners, and posters as needed.

2. Support the Bukit team for all marketing-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Experience

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.

3. New graduate

  • Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in video editing and content creation software (CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).

2. Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.) and website/content management systems.

3. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) for tracking performance.

  • Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.

2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

3. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design consistency and brand alignment.
