Strategy & Operations Lead, Regional Markets

You Will

• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, identify and drive cross-functional initiatives for business growth and/or operational optimisations, across different markets and business lines
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to streamline and standardise operating procedures for maximum organizational efficiency
• Analyse and deliver insights on business, operational and financial data across business segments
• Assist in launching new markets and product lines by partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and other functional teams
• Develop in-depth market studies to understand opportunities and dynamics for existing and future markets
• Take on special projects and initiatives as needed to support business goals and respond to emerging opportunities or challenge
• Lead and build the new Strategy & Operations team to develop effective and efficient working protocols with other functional teams
  
  

You Are

• Analytical & Detailed-oriented Strategist – you've racked up meaningful experience in business strategy, sales operations, or corporate advisory experience; Experience in Finance and/or Fintech industry is preferred.
• Highly Driven Go-Getter – no job is too small as long as you can identify opportunities to drive the business forward. You are willing to go above and beyond to achieve more business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely Curious – you enjoy the thought process of going down the rabbit holes not because it's part of any project assignment, but rather to satisfy your intellectual curiosity. You are resourceful in finding different ways to find solutions for complex problems
• Seasoned Project Manager – you are experienced in managing projects across multiple functions with strong senior stakeholder communication skills, to understand nuances from different business angles, triage and resolve conflicts to achieve organizational alignment.
• Fearless self-starter – you like to debate, and you call a spade a spade. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new initiatives to tackle complex business issues, as long as the rationale are logical and sound.
